These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites https://wealthpotion.com and https://app.wealthpotion.com (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Brandon Bedford, operating Wealth Potion (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 3. Products, Payments, and Refunds
3.1 Digital Products. Wealth Potion offers digital educational content, including courses, guides, and other downloadable or online resources (“Products”).
3.2 Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the legal seller of record. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal, in USD.
3.3 No Refunds. Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund.
3.4 Taxes. Any applicable taxes, including VAT or sales tax, will be collected and remitted by Lemon Squeezy.

4. Affiliate and Partner Links
Some content on the Platform may contain affiliate links or partner recommendations. This means we may earn a commission if you purchase through the link. These links do not influence our editorial content, and we only recommend products we believe will be valuable to our users.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be addressed via informal negotiation for 30 days.
If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Canada, in English, before a single arbitrator.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to access Products and the Platform immediately ceases.

11. Changes to Terms
